1. Our Return Policy

At Srinivas Saree Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for all our products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not be washed, altered, or damaged
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size or fit
  • Color mismatch with the product image
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged product received

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, we will process a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized sarees
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products that have been washed or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Pack the product securely with all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship the product back to our address

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new product once the return is received
